Customers who make a qualifying purchase during the promotional period will receive a Musson gift voucher valued at 10 percent of the final purchase price, subject to the terms below.

This promotion is conducted by Musson Jewellers Pty Ltd (ABN 67 001 749 202) of Shop G-001A Chatswood Chase, 345 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood NSW 2067 referred to as Musson.
The promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on 28 February and ends at 5:30pm AEDT on 15 March (Promotional Period).
Musson reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time in its discretion, subject to applicable law.
The promotion is open to customers who make a qualifying purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions during the Promotional Period.
To qualify, a customer must:
Spend $3,000 AUD or more in a single transaction; and
Pay the full purchase price during the Promotional Period.
Deposits, lay-bys and part payments do not qualify unless the full balance is paid within the Promotional Period.
The qualifying spend must relate to a single item purchased in one transaction. A single item may not be divided into multiple transactions for the purpose of obtaining multiple vouchers.
Eligible customers will receive a Musson gift voucher valued at 10 percent of the final purchase price paid for the qualifying item, inclusive of GST.
The maximum voucher value is capped at $10,000 AUD per client, per qualifying item.
A $500,000 item, for example, will receive a maximum voucher of $10,000 and cannot be split into multiple transactions to increase the benefit.
Maximum one voucher per transaction.
There is no limit on the number of separate qualifying transactions a client may complete during the Promotional Period.
The voucher will be issued once full cleared payment has been received.
The promotion does not apply to:
GST-free sales
Gift cards
Repairs or services
Prior purchases
The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount unless expressly approved by Musson.
The voucher:
Is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
Must be redeemed in a single transaction
May not be used as a deposit
Is not redeemable for cash, refund or credit
If the original qualifying purchase is returned, cancelled or refunded, the associated voucher will be void.
If the voucher has already been redeemed, the value of the voucher redeemed may be deducted from any refund payable for the original purchase.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies a consumer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
Musson reserves the right to verify the validity of purchases and to disqualify any person who tampers with the promotion or acts in a manner that is misleading, fraudulent or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
All decisions made by Musson in relation to this promotion are final, subject to applicable law.
