Production Manager to lead our QVB Jewellery Workshop. This is a senior
leadership role with direct responsibility for a skilled team of jewellers and production support staff, overseeing production workflow and quality standards.

You will work closely across the business to ensure jewellery moves seamlessly from design through to a finished piece. The role requires a structured, considered approach, strong technical knowledge and a commitment to maintaining exceptional standards in a collaborative workshop environment.

We are seeking a full-time Client Advisor to join our retail team. This role suits someone with jewellery experience and a long-term mindset who takes pride in building meaningful client relationships and delivering an exceptional retail experience.
