Our pieces are as valuable to us as they are to you. Once we receive your order a Musson representative will contact to you to confirm delivery arrangements to ensure that your pieces arrive securely and promptly.
Your order will be beautifully packaged and securely sent to you via Team Global Express. Unless otherwise arranged, orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours and you will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. Delivery time is approximately 2-3 days depending on your location.

We understand that sometimes the best things can happen at the last minute! In many cases we are able to arrange same day collection from one of our Boutiques, or even delivery within the Sydney Metropolitan area. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing the order to confirm, we will respond promptly.
We are committed to ensuring that our clients are completely satisfied with their purchase and offer a 30 day returns policy on all orders*.
Products purchased from our online store or either of our boutiques may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, for an exchange, credit note or refund.
In store returns
Items purchased from one of our boutiques can be exchanged (for another item or customer credit) in store. The items being returned will first be assessed by the Musson team to ensure they are in original, saleable condition and accompanied by all packaging, certificates and an original purchase receipt. Collector’s Edition diamonds must be sealed, and untampered with in any way.
Online order returns
Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged in store, or via courier. If you would like to return your online purchase, please contact email@example.com quoting your order number, items you are returning or exchanging, and the reason, so that we can assist you in arranging the return.
For courier returns, Musson will arrange for the item to be collected by courier and will provide instructions as to how to prepare the item for return. Please ensure that you follow our instructions, as if you do not, insurance on the parcel may be void and you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
Once received, the items will be assessed by the Musson team to ensure they are in an original, saleable condition and must be accompanied by all packaging, certificates and an original purchase receipt. Collector’s Edition diamonds must be sealed, and untampered with in any way.
Once satisfied, Musson will exchange or refund your purchase price less any applicable fees and charges, including but not limited to return shipping, and in the case of international orders, customs fees, storage taxes and duties. Your refund will be processed to the same payment option that was used to make the purchase, and refunds will take approximately 5-10 days to show in your account.
*Custom makes and orders are excluded from our 30 Day Return Policy.
Musson appreciates your business and is pleased to offer free, fully insured, shipping worldwide on your purchase to most countries*.
Your purchase will be Australian Goods and Service Tax (GST) free, however there may be import duties and/or VAT that you are required to pay in your place of residence. Musson will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by the purchaser’s country. Musson recommends that you make your own enquiries with your local tax office to see what import duties and charges you may be required to pay.
Your order will be shipped once full payment has been received by Musson, and the integrity of the order is satisfied. A proper shipping address, telephone number and name of receiver must be provided (Musson cannot ship to P.O. Boxes). Your order must be signed for by the name of receiver provided to Musson.
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days and should be delivered to you within 1-2 weeks however this may vary from country to country. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to verify specific shipping times.
In the event that your chosen item is not in stock, or any other delays are expected, the Musson team will contact you to advise an estimated delivery time.
Musson will not be held accountable for any shipping delays, however rest assured we will do everything we can to help ensure your order is received as quickly as possible. In the event that a shipment is held by customs in your country, and fees are payable, the customer is responsible to pay such fees in order for the shipment to be released.
* There are some countries where local restrictions prohibit the import of diamonds and other high value items, so please contact our team at email@example.com if you have any questions. Musson reserves the right to cancel the sale should any issue with shipping to a specific country arise and will contact you to process a refund according to our Returns Policy above.
