The Musson Promise

At Musson we take exceptional care in using the finest materials and resources to create an outstanding quality product for our clients to treasure and enjoy. For this reason, we offer warranty with all Musson product – this is our promise to you.

However, jewellery is a precious item and it needs to be cared for with love and respect. Therefore, the Musson Promise will not apply in the following situations:

    • Damage due to ordinary wear and tear; or
    • Damage due to misuse, accident, alteration, substitution or abuse; or
    • Where someone other than Musson has carried out repairs or alterations on the piece; or
    • Theft or loss (including the loss of gemstones).

    In the event of a Warranty claim, Musson reserves the right to carefully have the piece assessed by the Musson Studio to determine if any of the above exclusions apply. We also reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy for your piece.

    Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
