All prices quoted on the website are in Australian dollars. 

If you are purchasing from outside of Australia, once you enter your international shipping address Australian GST will automatically be deducted from your purchase price. Please remember that you are responsible for any duties and taxes on import of the goods.

Correct and fair pricing for our exceptional product is extremely important to us. As our jewellery contains precious metals and gemstones we may sometimes be beholden to market fluctuations and need to reprice certain collections. We will always do our best to honour what you have seen or be quoted, so please always reach out to info@musson.com.au if you have any queries.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, Maestro, Eftpos & Link.

We want you to absolutely love your Musson piece, and are committed to ensuring that our clients are completely satisfied with their purchase, therefore we happily offer a 30 day returns or exchange policy on all online orders.

From time to time we may not have exactly what you want in stock, or may just need a little extra time to make your perfect piece. Rest assured, we will contact you immediately if this happens to give you updates, and discuss your options.

Gift certificates are valid for three years from the date of purchase and are redeemable in store and online. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
