Musson Jewellers Payment Options

When purchasing an item online, you have the option to either Pay in Full or set up a Musson Payment Plan. Please select from either option before you add your item to your shopping bag.

If you select Pay in Full, our normal online terms and conditions apply.

If you select Musson Payment Plan, you will have the option of selecting a 2 month, 3 month, 4 month or 6 month plan. A minimum 20% deposit is payable for all plans and must be paid to secure your chosen item. The remaining balance will then be equally split between your chosen number of months, and you will receive an email notification when it is time for your next payment.

Once the item is paid for in full, Musson will contact you within 48 hours to finalise the details for shipping, to make sure that delivery details are correct and that a suitable estimated delivery date can be arranged.


Return Policy, Cancelled Sales & Missed Payments (Payment Plans)

If your sale is cancelled for any reason, Musson reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 15% of any deposit already paid. Alternatively, you can transfer any deposit paid to Customer Credit, which can be spent online or instore at Musson within 12 months, and you will not be charged a cancellation fee.

If you do not make a payment as per your chosen payment plan, Musson will contact you to resolve. If despite contact you do not make payment as per the plan, Musson will consider the sale cancelled, and will refund any deposit paid less a 15% cancellation fee.

Any refunds payable will be paid to the same card that was used for payment and will take approximately 5-10 days to show in your account.

Musson’s 30-day Internet Order return or exchange offer applies to stock orders only, customer orders are excluded.
