Loire Pink Diamond
‘Loire’ was Robert Musson’s winning entry for the Daily Diamonds category in the 2015 Diamond Guild Australia Jewellery Design Awards. Loire is available in a range of exceptional white diamonds, rare Argyle Pink Diamonds and Vivid Ellendale Yellow Diamonds.
‘Loire’ was inspired by Robert’s sojourn to the Loire Valley during 2015. Loire takes its influence from the Chateaux found in this iconic valley, and most specifically makes reference to the classic French symbol of the ‘Fleur de Lis’. Loire is a contemporary stylized version of the ‘Fleur de Lis’ and is an exceptionally wearable ring.
This 18ct white gold ‘Loire’ diamond ring features a central four claw set round brilliant cut pink diamond with in a highly polished illusion style bellied bezel. The band is a split style, which is gapped in the waist and then pinches back into the setting before terminating in a scroll motif. There are four scrolls in total and they are thread set with round diamonds, which continue down the band.
Diamonds valued as approximately:
1 = 0.14ct, round brilliant cut, Natural Fancy Intense Pink Diamond, GIA certificate and laser inscription.
84 = total carat weight 0.70ct round brilliant cut, rare white F, VS diamonds.
