The Limited Edition 2013 ‘Boab Tree’ One oz 22 carat pink gold Ingot
More than a billion years ago, rare miracles of nature were formed in secrecy deep beneath the Earth’s surface. Discovered below the ancient boab trees in the heart of the Kimberley in Western Australia’s far north are the rarest diamonds in the world.
A selection of seven precious Argyle Pink Diamonds (approximately 0.11ct in total) have been superbly hand set into a 1oz 22 carat pink gold bullion ingot, crafted by The Perth Mint.
Embodying a pink theme throughout, copper has been added to traditional yellow gold to create a beautiful pink gold finish.
Polished to perfection, this exclusive investment piece depicts a native boab tree with six Argyle pink diamonds embedded into the design, framed by the inscriptions BEYOND RARE and ARGYLE PINK DIAMONDS.
The reverse of the ingot displays intricate star clusters with a seventh dazzling Argyle pink diamond in the centre surrounded by a starburst. To complete the celestial theme, The Perth Mint logo is sculptured within a stylised planetary sphere, headed by the individual serial number of each ingot.
No more than 168 of these Argyle Pink Diamond Ingots were released for the world.
The Argyle Pink Diamond Ingot is presented in a prestigious matte black gift box with a bevelled centre window within a stylised shipper and is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
